I’ve had my CCTV system for seven years, but recently, I lost the connection to my mobile. I reached out to a couple of companies, and they all told me I needed to upgrade, suggesting I spend at least $2,000–$3,000 for a decent system.
Thankfully, my neighbour recommended VIP Security. I spoke with Zoltan, who truly understood my issue and didn’t try to sell me a new system. Instead, I booked a service call, and he sent Thomas. In no time, Thomas identified the problem—my newly installed modem. He quickly reconfigured the system to work with the new modem, and I happily paid the $285 service fee.
Thomas was a fantastic young professional, and my wife and I are thrilled that we saved thousands of dollars. Thank you, VIP Security, and a big thank you to Thomas!

We couldn’t be happier with the service from Zoltan and John. From the very beginning Zoltan was professional knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He asked the right questions and genuinely listened to what we wanted making sure the whole setup was going to suit our home and our needs.
John did an excellent job with the installation. He was professional, respectful and everything was installed neatly and to a very high standard.
It’s clear that Zoltan and John take pride in what they do and genuinely care about providing a great customer experience. The whole process was easy, professional and stress-free from start to finish. Thank you both would highly recommend!

I plucked VIP out of a Google search and was so lucky I did. From the moment the owner reached out, I knew I was in safe hands. He sent his technician out who was a true gentleman. He worked efficiently but was also up for a friendly chat, which made us feel at ease. Another tech (the owner’s son) came to put the finishing touches on our system and clearly explained the App functionality to us. Between the three guys, we couldn’t have been happier with the service and the system installed. It’s also reassuring that they are available for any queries post installation! I never do reviews, but just had to for VIP because they were so great. I highly recommend them and feel more secure with the system installed place.

Please note; just wanted to add to this 7 month old review. Another fantastic & timely camera fix a fortnight ago, camera went fuzzy & Zoltan arranged John to attend 1st thing after several jobs. He came, reinstalled & i'm up & running as normal. no footage lost. I'll add another 5 stars for this job. Thanx John, u are the man. And thanx again Zoltan.

Contacted VIP for a new alarm system for my home & spoke with the owner Zoltan & had a paradox system installed within a week. Unfortunately the system was faulty & I contacted Zoltan to advise it wasn’t working. John the engineer came back to look at it & tried to repair it but then recommended a different system- Bosch hybrid. John is an absolute legend! Extremely skilled, friendly & knowledgeable about what would best work in my home & this week came back again to install the brand new Bosch system which is brilliant. It’s extremely easy to use, key fobs & alarm pad are excellent & it’s just such peace of mind to have a fully working alarm system. Thank you very much Zoltan & John. Highly recommend!

Great system at an even better price
UPDATE
30/03/2023
Just had the VIP crew come out and replace the old 4MP system to a amazing 4K!! HIK CCTV system and im loving it
UPDATE 26/04/2024
JUST GOT THE NEW HIKVISION CAMERA WITH STROBE LIGHT AND SIREN and its awesome and gives me a peace of mind at night time
UPDATE 12/02/2026
Back again with the VIP crew 🔥
Upgraded the system again this time to the new Hikvision AcuSeek AI NVR and the difference is next level.
The smart search is insane. Instead of scrolling through hours of footage, you literally just search by person or vehicle
and it finds it in seconds.
Still running the 4K cameras with strobe + siren for active deterrence but now the AI side of it is on another level.

Update: I needed an additional security camera so I reached out to VIP again. The team was helpful and easy to deal with. Arranged my install right away and John came to install the camera. Have to admit that John is one of the nicest people I've ever met. His so genuinely helpful. He even fixed the latch on my gate that wouldnt open while he was here. Thank you! ☺️
I can highly reccommend VIP Security Services if you are in the market for an alarm/security system. After lots of research I decided to go with this company. Zoltan, the owner was very lovely to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my query. One of his staff John, who installed my alarm was amazing. John was friendly and professional and helpful even when I contacted him with my queries. John certainly exceeded my expectations and was more than happy to help.

Very professional service provider. Zoltan was a great help with selecting the perfect Bosch alarm system for our home. He was very professional and courteous, giving us excellent service which was lacking greatly from another business we contacted in Melbourne. David then came to our home and installed our alarm, giving excellent advice which was very beneficial. The installation was fast and professional, David cleared the packaging, set the alarm up and walked us through using it in an easy to understand way. Thank you to VIP alarms, I highly recommend your business to anyone interested in protecting their home and family. We are looking forward to installing a VIP camera system in the near future. Very satisfied with the services provided. Zoltan walked me through the the security features and explained the details in a simple to understand manner. Was provided with a quote shortly after and any of my queries were promptly responded to. Upon acceptance of the quote, Zoltan was able to send in their team within 2 days.
The installers were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were able to advise on any technical questions I had and address any concerns. Completed the installation quickly and guided me through the set up process to make sure everything was working.
Very honest / excellent service and good value. Would definitely recommend them for trusted security installation.

VIP Security Services have just installed a HiLook 6MP security camera system at our home and the process could not have been better. From our first phone call and contact with Zoltan through to installation by his professional, friendly and knowledgeable team (John & Tom installed our system) great old fashioned service with a smile, along with all the advice and technical know how to install and setup perfectly.
My wife and I decided to add an additional camera shortly after the day of install which we regretted not installing after living with the system for a few days and noticing an unprotected area, and Zoltan was again quick to help and arrange an additional camera installed for us the next day!

After getting several security camera installation quotes VIP Security Services was the most knowledgeable with an added bonus of being the most competitively priced!
I thought I had an idea of what systems I wanted installed but Zoltan's product and industry knowledge was second to none. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of particular systems which narrowed the choices down and made the decision easier.
Installation was done by John and Tom and their experience was shown through their workmanship. Unlike other installers John and Tom took the time to plan the work to reduce the use and visibility of conduit and concealed cabling.
Highly recommend VIP Security Services!

I found the company online with reviews and contact Zoltan, he gave us the quotation about the alarm system with a very competitive price on the market and very professional. And the installer John came and we found him extremely professional, the way he presents himself give us confident in his ability to get the job done in a professional way. We are very delighted with his services. Because of him, we put more trust in VIP company and we want to the company install CCTV system for us a couple days later. Thank you Zoltan and John for your help. We want to rate your company 6 stars if we can. We will highly recommend your services to all our families, friends and anyone.

From initial enquiry to installation the process was made easier by prompt and expert consideration of our circumstances. Installation was quick and within a week of enquiry. Security enquiries with other companies to this day have still not been replied to!
I can highly recommend Zoltan and staff - Nothing seemed too hard or too much trouble: even down to replies after hours prior to signing on the dotted line. Elena and I look forward to a more secure life without unwanted visitors.
Thankyou!
Back up service in the years since installation has been amazing, and John the technician who came by again today was quick, courteous and took great care to ensure we were satisfied!

I have personally used VIP Security Services Pty Ltd twice and referred them onto family members who have also used VIP Security Services twice.
The four times my family used the company the service was nothing but professional and efficient. Zoltan is fantastic to deal with and he has made himself available after hours to answer my questions. The after sales service is fantastic with all staff offering to help when needed. John was fantastic when attending my house and installing the system taking the time to explain and walk me through the operating system. I am extremely happy with the service and support offered by VIP Security Services and highly recommend them.

Zoltan from VIP Security Services and his team were absolutely brilliant from an enquiry to installation & follow up support. I had camera systems explained to me in detail with pros & cons to help guide me & find the perfect system size that also fit a budget. I went with the NDAA TP LINK CCTV SYSTEM & its a phenomenal image quality & the app is extremely user friendly & so simple to navigate.
I've got all corners of my property covered & its exactly what I wanted.
VIP Security Services are definitely a company I would recommend & I couldn't have asked for anything more from my experience.
Much appreciated 👏

Zoltan, Tom, and John are the best in the industry!
I was referred to VIP Security by a friend and decided to give them a call. Zoltan responded promptly, arrived on time, and took the time to thoroughly assess our warehouse. He provided valuable recommendations based on his extensive experience and made sure every aspect of our safety and security requirements was covered.
Their knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. They clearly understand what works best for a property and tailored the solution to meet our needs. Once we booked them, the team installed our CCTV cameras and alarm system efficiently and to a very high standard.
As an added bonus, they even installed an extra camera in our kitchen area at no additional cost.
The entire team was friendly, reliable, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend VIP Security to anyone looking for quality security solutions. They truly go above and beyond!

At first I thought a rating of 4.8 from 308 reviews (now 309) was too good to be true. But I can confirm that my experience has been like the vast majority of others - very satisfying. It’s becoming increasingly difficult these days to get good, honest, and efficient service, but that’s exactly what these guys deliver. Tom was an absolute delight and was thorough and meticulous in his approach to the job. If I could just offer one suggested change which I would have appreciated and that’s being given a firm date to undertake the works at the time of paying the deposit. Other than that - a first class job all round!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish.
Zoltan and Tom took the time to properly listen to my needs and explain everything in detail such as exact model numbers of the hardware. I was also given multiple options so it made understanding what each setup is capabale of.
I really appreciated walking me through how the apps and system work, making everything easy to understand and use & even the after support for follow up questions was quick, easy to understand and follow.
I valued highly rheir attention to detail and future-proofing suggestions, which really shows they had their ears open when I explained where i was at and what I needed.
Could not be happier with the final result and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality CCTV and networking setup done properly the first time, also the wiring, conduit installation and wall mounts were all done exactly perfect.

Cannot speak more highly of my experience in replacing my home alarm with VIP Security. After doing my online research and looking at the reviews, I know I made a great choice. Working with Zoltan and discussing my needs, we worked through the options to get to a point where I was happy with the configuration. I took my time, and Zoltan was always more than willing to re-explain and he was never pushy and left it up to me to make the final call. Come time to install, John came promptly and changed over the system and set it up and gave me a decent crash course! Very happy with the overall experience.

Thank you to both Zoltan and John for repairing / upgrading my existing Bosch alarm system. Having received a quote elsewhere that suggested a whole new alarm system, you were able to upgrade some of the components to the Bosch 3000 (with smart phone access) to get my alarm working again. Zoltan was helpful as the initial point of contact, whilst John was extremely thorough and considerate installing, checking and running through things with me. As an Interior Designer and Decorator I am always on the lookout for great trades as referrals for my clients, you are now on my list! Thank you again.

I recently had CCTV cameras installed at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
The team arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was set up exactly how I wanted. They walked me through the features, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.
The quality of the cameras is excellent, and I already feel a lot more secure knowing my property is being monitored.
Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional CCTV installation!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had CCTV cameras installed at my house by this company, and I couldn't be happier with the service! After calling 5-10 competitors for quotes, their pricing was by far the most affordable, and the professionalism was top-notch. The technician John who came to install the cameras was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was set up perfectly. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I feel much more secure in my home now. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality and value. A solid 10 out of 10 experience!
