I’ve had my CCTV system for seven years, but recently, I lost the connection to my mobile. I reached out to a couple of companies, and they all told me I needed to upgrade, suggesting I spend at least $2,000–$3,000 for a decent system. Thankfully, my neighbour recommended VIP Security. I spoke with Zoltan, who truly understood my issue and didn’t try to sell me a new system. Instead, I booked a service call, and he sent Thomas. In no time, Thomas identified the problem—my newly installed modem. He quickly reconfigured the system to work with the new modem, and I happily paid the $285 service fee.
